Our 3-Stage Quality Control System
We execute a multi-tier quality supervision system to eliminate any dimensional errors or coating defects.
01. Incoming Material Control (IQC)
Every batch of steel wire rods and PVC powder undergoes strict entry testing. We verify wire chemical composition, tensile strength, and zinc coating weight before production begins.
02. In-Process Quality Control (IPQC)
Our on-site operators inspect the mesh welding and weaving machinery every 2 hours. We manually calibrate wire gauge (wire diameter), mesh aperture sizes, and welding joint solidness to ensure zero flaws.
03. Final Outgoing Quality Control (OQC)
Before packing, completed fences and rolls undergo cross-sampling. A full 100% appearance check ensures smooth PVC coating surfaces, uniform color, and exact ordered bundle quantities.
